A class just for the little ones. In our Itty Bitty Lions Classes, we focus on motor skill development such as balance and coordination, while incorporating leadership skills.
In each class, the students will share something about their day, then move on to simple warm-up exercises. During the activities, the students learn basic martial arts and movement skills, and we wrap up each class with a fun game.
Class Focus : Leadership, Coordination, Movement, Memory, and Communication.
(6 – 9 years old)
Our beginner kids classes. At this age, we teach our students the basics of more common martial arts styles like Taekwondo. However, we also encourage our students to engage in public speaking, teamwork, and physical fitness.
In each class, the students will share something about their day, then move on to a warm-up with basic stretching. During the activities, the students learn basic Taekwondo, such as stances, proper kicking and punching technique, and kids self-defense. We wrap up each class with a fun game or exercise.
Class Focus : Leadership, Coordination, Taekwondo, and Communication.
Big Kids / Teens
(All Ages Teens)
Things pick up a little bit for the teens.
In our teens classes, we teach our students the basics of more technical arts like Wing Chun Kung Fu, boxing, and position grappling, giving them a solid foundation of material for when they are ready to enter the adults classes.
We also focus on meditation, mental health, and overall physical fitness, including a general knowledge of human anatomy.
In each class, the students begin with ten minutes of silent meditation, then we share something about ourselves. During the activities, students engage in physical fitness, and work their drills. At the end of each class, we have announcements for the coming weeks, and we may wrap up with a fun activity or a physical cool-down like yoga.
At this stage, students begin earning belt rankings, and are able to test for a new belt every two months.

Over the years, we have had students attend our school from a variety of different backgrounds. Some came to us from boxing gyms, others from karate dojos and so on.
In our adults classes, our goal is to provide our students with the tools necessary for every range of combat. Hapkido for joint-locking, Boxing and Taekwondo for striking, Wing Chun Kung Fu for trapping, Judo, Wrestling, and Jujutsu for grappling, while covering other topics like defense against deadly weapons.
We have a series of instructors that have graduated through our ranks, and each style of teaching is different, offering something new to each student.
These classes are perfect for the experienced practitioner, and anyone just starting their relationship with the martial arts.
